This place is a customers worst nightmare! The management and staff members are horrible! I will never go back to this place and I do not recommend anyone to go there and expect to be a valued customer. I have purchased many times from this place and never had any encounter with the management until I recently purchased one of their extensions. They won't allow you to try it on, they can only let you view it as you see it and if you want it, then purchase it. I bought the extensions for $85. When I got home and tried two pieces of the extensions, it was not long, it was the same length as my natural hair, so it did not make a difference, it was just adding more hair to my own for no reason at all, as thick as it already is. SO, I went back with intentions to exchange, no thought of asking for a refund, now understand that when I went back it was only less than an hour from my purchase. They were not cordial, they treated me like I was a fraudulent customer and would not even let me exchange it!! Barely an hour of my purchase, I could not even exchange and was willing to pay more if needed. The Korean wife I'm assuming rudely said to me 1 min or 2 mins of your purchase we will not let you exchange or refund it! Awful! Only because I tested two pieces with all others still in the plastic wrap. ANY RETAIL HAS AN EXCHANGE POLICY, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!
