Go Nissan Arapahoe

I had a good experience with Go Nissan Arapahoe. I wanted to share this with my fellow City Searchers because lets be real, positive reviews and car dealers generally don’t go together. These guys are actually doing a good job though. I worked with Zach and his fleet manager Karen and was very pleased.\r \r They did what they said and said what they did. That’s 90% of what I was looking for right there. As most of you know, this a rare commodity in the car business. \r \r It got better from there. When I made a mistake and accidentally sent paperwork that would’ve caused me to overpay for the vehicle by $500, both guys were totally honorable. They didn’t enforce my mistake and truly saved me major aggravation. How many dealerships would do that? Not too many. Most would've pocketed the money and told me to go pound sand. Not these guys though, so take notice.\r \r I just called and thanked them both for being honest, straightforward and giving me a good deal. For all these reasons I recommend Zach, Karen and Go Nissan Arapahoe. \r more

ive found alot of people saying bad things about this dealer, well the old saying goe "" be treated as u would like to be treated"".. i have many a friends who have brought there car here for service and bought a vehicle from this dealership and they have nothing but good things to say. customer service is key. when it comes to everything if u write a bad review or survey people get punished even if its not related to what they did. when good reviews and surveys are writen good things happen. treat the people there with respect and u shall get that in return. people make mistakes just like anyone else but if you beleave that your perfect i would like to come to your work and survey you and we will see how that goes. thank you more

If your steering still works resist the urge to turn into go Nissan Arapahoe ultimately whatever your situation . new car purchase , trade in , 2nd hand car buyer you are going to get shafted more

Lots of promises were made, which turned out to be all lies to get us to buy a car from them. We were taken advantage of when it came to financing, were were told there was no problem getting financed and that they were sure it would go through the next day. When asked what would happen if the loan did not go through she blew us off and said there was no reason for it not to go through and for us not to worry. Seven days later we were called and told the loan did in fact not go through and they wanted to raise our interest rate by another 9% (19.9% total) or give the car back and pay them $1000 for rental use. We later found out they did not even try to get it financed for 5 days later after we took the car home. We believe they knew the loan would not go through so they set on it for those five days so they would have us over a barrel. When we called to question what was going on we were told ""we never do anything like this and that they would make it right"", this too was a lie, as when we went to solve this issue they said,""take our deal or pay us the rental fee (now $1200)"". What a choice!! We should have researched them first...Go Nissian Arapahoe had 14 bad marks against them. We learned the hard way not to deal with these jokers, hope we can get the word out so you don't have the same bad experience!!!! Cons: Lots of promises...were really just lies more
