We have used Dr. Glass for the past year and are very happy with him as our family pediatrician. He is very friendly and the kids like him. He listens to all my questions and concerns and is great about providing information on various conditions. I also like that he is cautious about prescribing antibiotics. The office and nursing staff has always been great about returning my calls. I usually don't have to wait more than a few hours for a call back. Expect a LONG wait in the waiting room--especially if you have a Monday morning appointment. We have waited as long as 1.5 hours past appointment time (but that long is rare). Expect to wait at least 20 minutes or so. more

Very Friendly 8/9/2005

We love Dr. Glass. He has been my daughter's ped. for the last couple years. Her other one retired and we were SO disappointed, but he picked right up where she left off with no problems. My daughter loves him and he's very caring and does his best to answer any questions you have and will take time with you. The office wait times are HORRIBLE! But he always apologizes and wants you to know that he cared that you had to wait so long. I really appreciate that gesture. We have had no problems with him and would highly recommend him to anyone new to the area who needs a good pediatrician. more
