The "hot" sub, arrived not so hot. Flavor was ok, veggies tasted fresh, bread was spongy. The Caesar salad was drenched in salad and the lettuce tasted old and soggy.
On top of it all, they didn't have the chips I ordered, so instead of calling and asking which ones I wanted, they just threw something else in the bag. Ordered the 5 cookie pack, only got three and they forgot my drink. When they called, said they can write my name down for the next call for a credit, or send someone back out. I opted to have them come back out, but didn't receive a call till two hours later, which I missed, and no voice mail was left.
Probably wont be ordering from them again.
