I have never gone to any healthcare provider and been treated better. I've moved a lot and visited many different offices for medical issues and dental issues. Friendly, clean, and felt like Dr. Garrison was actually trying his best to help me figure out what to do next with my dental care, which the last dentist I went to just told me what to do. Dr. Garrison gave me choices and told me pros and cons on those choices and let me decide. Angela also helped me with figuring out my insurance and some financing which was very confusing but not now. Thanks to the whole team. I thank my sister who sent me here and has been a patient for years. Now I see why! more

Since a business owner cannot respond on citysearch under the actual review, we will do it here as the business owner... To Weldon W: I'm sorry you disagree with our policy of getting in the ""middle"" of another dentists treatment, especially after hours. You paged Dr Garrison on a Friday night, and have a temporary done by another dentist (that's been there over 1 1/2 years) and called after hours to fix the temporary. Your failure to get the work done in a timely fashion is not our office's fault and we tried to help the best we could without getting involved in another dentists treatment. To letschere: There was no mistake in your billing and you were not overcharged. You were charged the EXACT same amount for treatment as every other patient we have for those procedures whether they pay cash or have insurance. YOUR insurance changed it's deductible provision and did not pay as much as you expected them to and in turn you got mad at us?!? more

Extremely disappointed in this dentists refusal to treat an emergency today. Simply needed a bridge tooth reattached to cross the span. Refused to treat and then was told that he would not treat us because we had been seeing another dentist. Poor customer service today. more

I have been to several Northland dentists after moving from Wisconsin who all recommended large, expensive treatments for my teeth. I was surprised because my dentist in Wisconsin never recommended these things. I went to Dr. Garrison where he showed me what I think the others saw, and educated me on what the pros and cons of treatment were but left it to me to make the choice of what treatment I needed. more

We had a horrible experience with this practice. We were overcharged and instead of accepting their mistake, they became belligerent with us. Even after we paid the outstanding balance (within 30 days of receiving the bill) of a mere $50.20, we also received a letter that was completely rude and unprofessional. I don't know what would have happened if we didn't pay the bill! Something isn't right with a dentist's office that is willing to be so nasty over $50. more

This if the most professional and friendly dentist office that I have been to in a very long time. I recommend Dr. Garrison and his staff to anyone looking for a dentist. more

Having lived in over a dozen cities, I have had a lot of dentists, ranging from excellent to good to lousy. Dr. Garrison is one of the very best! He is kind, patient and VERY meticulous in his work. He uses the latest technology and provides the highest level of dental care available anywhere. I have referred many friends to him, and they have all been very pleased.
