To Weldon W: I'm sorry you disagree with our policy of getting in the ""middle"" of another dentists treatment, especially after hours. You paged Dr Garrison on a Friday night, and have a temporary done by another dentist (that's been there over 1 1/2 years) and called after hours to fix the temporary. Your failure to get the work done in a timely fashion is not our office's fault and we tried to help the best we could without getting involved in another dentists treatment. To letschere: There was no mistake in your billing and you were not overcharged. You were charged the EXACT same amount for treatment as every other patient we have for those procedures whether they pay cash or have insurance. YOUR insurance changed it's deductible provision and did not pay as much as you expected them to and in turn you got mad at us?!?
