terrible nurse, jessica evans 4/15/2011

i delivered my first baby in this hospital and our experience was just terrible. first of all, there's nothing special about this hospital. but that really wouldn't have bothered me. i was there to give birth and that's all. But what happened to me and my family just made the whole experience terrible and i still get pissed off when i think of it now and my son is already 15 months. one of the nurses there, her name is Jessica Evans, yeah i'm dropping names here, i dont care, hope you're reading this bitch! Well, this nurse dropped our 600 dollar camera and it was broken. She was sorry of course and then walked out of the room, saying she was gonna talk to another nurse whose husband is supposed to be "good" with cameras and gave us a number to a shop in sacramento. this ohter nurse came in and she was like "you're husband is so rude, Jessica is really sweet and now she's crying". which took me and my mohter in law by surprise because i think we were the victims here! and my husband and he was really livid at this point did not say antyhing rude to the nurse and even so, even if he is rude, so what? it's not like this nurse would've given us the money to get our camera fix anyway! i still remember that nurse's face to this day adn i wanna smack her pockmarked face! so we brought the baby home, and i pushed my hsuband to have our camera fixed, and then the hospital was like, you signed a piece of paper saying that the hospital is not liable for damage to your property. okay, we get that part, BUT if i am the nurse? the classy thing to do would have been to replace the damaged part. that's what i would have done regardless of hospital rules! i hope you're really reading this, you know who are. more

too impatient 7/22/2005

My 80 year old grandmother was taken into the emergency room. She is a very nervous lady and couldn't answer the questions quite as fast as the nurse expected. The nurse became quite snippy with her and that only made grandma more confused. I wasvery upset that the nirse was treating me grandmother so badly. I know the emergency room is a busy place, but what can be more important than the patient. No matter how old. Have a little patience lady! more
