Review content:
My 80 year old grandmother was taken into the emergency room. She is a very nervous lady and couldn't answer the questions quite as fast as the nurse expected. The nurse became quite snippy with her and that only made grandma more confused. I wasvery upset that the nirse was treating me grandmother so badly. I know the emergency room is a busy place, but what can be more important than the patient. No matter how old. Have a little patience lady!
