Purchased my Altima from Fletcher with 10k miles on it. I had them rotate tires at 15k and 18k with no mention from them about alignment. I trusted total car care to them. Now at 22k miles I need new tires due to alignment issue says Fletcher. They offered to do nothing not even check the alignment. They took tread measurement and I didn't believe them so I went to 3 tire stores that day and they reported 3/32nds, 4/32, 5/32nds
which is far less than Fletcher said. I trusted that at the tire rotations they would advise me of unusual tire wear but no. I ended up purchasing tires but not from them. Service is so bad. Never again will I trust them to care for my car.
