Four Seasons Mobile & RV Park

I am here to tell you the same thing just happened to us! What a nightmare they raised our rent too, as one tenant told us ""simply cause they didn't like us"" we need to stop theses people please folks, it's just wrong! Pretty muck told us to do this or that or else, they (mgt) changed the locks that night! Mind you we NEVER got any notification and we are now homeless just days before Christmas! I have lived here for approximately 6 years and have found that this park is very safe and quiet and well maintained. I have found the owners to very accomodating with anything I need. The park has a nice laundry room and well maintained pool for the summer months. \r \r So if you are single, married, with children or retired you will find that the the park owners have made this a very comfortable place to live and know that you are safe and its very quiet. \r \r I like that the owner screens applications so they can maintain this atmosphere. It makes for a safe and friendly place to live as well. \r \r You will always have the ONE PERCENT who are never happy and complain and dont want to follow the common everyday park rules, however that is very rare in this park. \r \r So if you are looking for a friendly quiet place to put your RV or rent a mobile home here. Its the perfect place. Only one mile from the Shopping Center, Walmart, Target,FoodCo, and New Hospital. more

I have been living here for years. I am not sure where ""tohott4you"" gets their information. I have never had any problems. The people living here have always been very friendly and helpful. more

RENTER OR BUYER BEWARE!! THIS PLACE SUCKS FOR SURE AN U HAVE TO BUY YOUR OWN WATER BECAUSE THE OWNERS ARE TO CHEAP TO FIX THE WATER SYSTEM THEY HAVE AND OLD SMELLY SEWER THAT REAKS DAILY AND DON'T LET THE WIND BLOW!! ALSO CAROL THE MANAGER AND OWNER IS RUDE, PREDUDICE, AN UNFRIENDLY, TO ANYONE OF DIFFERENT ETHNICS AN IF U HAVE CHILDREN MAKE SURE THEY ARE ON A LEASH THIS PLACE IS NOT KID FRIENDLY!! OVERALL I GAVE THIS PLACE A RATING OF 0 THE NEIGHBORS HERE HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO SPY AND COMPLAIN ON PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING NOTHING WRONG THIS MIGHT AS WELL BE AND ALL SENIOR PARK! This is a great Mobile home park. It is clean and well kept. The tenants are all friendly and the park feels like home. more

This mobile home park is a nightmare for all who live there. They are harassed daily. People don't want to come out of their trailers while the owners/managers are present. They gripe over everything and are PREJUDICE!!!!! They do nothing but harrass the owners and renters. BEWARE!!!! There will be a lawsuit real soon.
