Over Charged 3/5/2009

I couldn't help but notice the only two positive reviews for Four Seasons are from 2005...here is mine.\r My husband and I had always used Modern Sheet metal with nothing but complete satisfaction. Unfortunately we decided when our Blower Motor went out we would use a company that was closer to try and save money. When given a $393.83 bill we were shocked, Modern Sheet Metal had quoted us $158 less. When I contacted Steve regarding the large price difference he said he would check into and call me back, which he never did. I called them back and Steve conveniently was out of the office the rest of the week. Rene said they were sticking to their bill, because they charge out of a book based on "averages". So if you want to be an "average" and not a client, and you don't mind being charged more for the same job than I would choose Four Seasons. more

Over Charged 3/5/2009

My husband and I recently had a Blower Motor replaced on our furnace, and even though we had always used Modern Sheet Metal and been thrilled with their service, we decided to use a company that was closer hoping to save some money. Unfortunately when we recieved our bill of $393.83 we were shocked, Modern Sheet metal had quoted us $158 less. Not only would Steve at Four Season not return my phone call, I spoke to the receptionist that says they charge all their customer based on a book that calculates on average. So I'm not a client, I'm just an average, one who was overcharged. Cons: If you have a problem don't count on anyone calling you back, even though they said they would. more

very satisfied 7/31/2005

Four Seasons Heating & Cooling has a top-notch staff of experienced and knowledgeable people. They carry top of the line products, names we know and trust. We chose them when we built our new home and have been completely satisfied with their work. Their prices were considerably lower than other places we checked, and they service was great. more

great selection for quality air conditioner 5/27/2005

We got estimates from several a/c dealers before choosing Four Seasons. The price was comparable to other units, but the reasons we chose Four Seasons were the fact that they sold Carrier air conditioners and our comfort with the salesperson. He was knowledgeable, described everything clearly and acted professionally (i.e., didn't bad-mouth the competition). We were able to set up installation within a reasonable time frame, also. Since installation, we haven't had any issues with the unit. more
