Foulk's Flooring America

Horrible experience with these guys. Immediately after writing a check for $3000 to have our wood floors refinished, I asked one of the sales people to help me with some interior design. She snarled at me that she absolutely would not as I need to make a "real" purchase to get her "free" help. I have no idea what a "real" purchase costs at that place.\r \r Then, once the guys arrived to do the work, they found out that absolutely no sanding was needed, only a slight scuffing. This meant that the 2 day job became 1. When I asked if the price was less, the guy working at my house said it definitely should. However when I phoned the store, the guy was an absolute ahole to me and insisted that all of his costs were in the stain and sealer, not a days worth of wages for 2 employees. I can tell you as an accountant, primary costs are always labor and he is a liar.\r \r Oh and when I wrote the $3000 check the guy insisted that I be sure to fill out a questionnaire for their main office. more

Wow... I just left their showroom and their displays were amazing. The sales people were really knowledgeable without being pushy. The had many items on sale that i was looking for so I believe my mind has been made up after seeing what they had to offer. Friendly people and a fun and comfortable place to shop or browse. more

The guys who came out to our house were great. I had some tile work done in my house. The entire process was much easier than i had anticipated from beginning to end. When the Installers were working in my home the took extra care to clean up along the way and when they left my house i only had to put the furniture back after the grout was set. I was REALLY impressed. more

We had Foulk's lay stone tile in two bathrooms. Even though the diamond design took longer than anticipated, it was not due to Foulk's installers. The end result was fabulous. My wife and I are extremely happy and will use them again. more

We are so happy! We just had our floors replaced by Foulk's and we couldn't be happier. We shopped around because we had several rooms to do and when we looked at the total price they were definitely the least expensive. The guys who did the work were very professional and did a wonderful job. This is our first house so we will definitely be using them again. more

they sucked from sales to installers, installers didnt know what they were doing one guy really needed a shower and the owner and his wife were the biggest a holes i had ever met they will never do anything for me again Cons: way to many more

We have purchased lineoleum from Foulks in the past. However, recently when we were buying kitchen and livingroom flooring we decided Foulks was too expensive. They do have an awesome display room in their new store though. I thought it was definitely worth the trip just to look over all the options. PROS: really nice displays CONS: too pricey for us more
