Review content:
Horrible experience with these guys. Immediately after writing a check for $3000 to have our wood floors refinished, I asked one of the sales people to help me with some interior design. She snarled at me that she absolutely would not as I need to make a "real" purchase to get her "free" help. I have no idea what a "real" purchase costs at that place.\r \r Then, once the guys arrived to do the work, they found out that absolutely no sanding was needed, only a slight scuffing. This meant that the 2 day job became 1. When I asked if the price was less, the guy working at my house said it definitely should. However when I phoned the store, the guy was an absolute ahole to me and insisted that all of his costs were in the stain and sealer, not a days worth of wages for 2 employees. I can tell you as an accountant, primary costs are always labor and he is a liar.\r \r Oh and when I wrote the $3000 check the guy insisted that I be sure to fill out a questionnaire for their main office.
