Horrible horrible service. I order flowers for valentine I received an email saying they were shipped within 3 hours. I received an email saying it was delievered I was in my home all day you have to buzzed In the gate to my house I call the florist she I tell her I didn't recieve my order she starts raising her voice telling me that it was delieved to my neighbor because I was not home to recieve it. I HAVE NO NEIGHBOR!!!! Then she hangs up I called back and got hung up on 3x when I finally got her to stay on the phone she tells me my order came at 3:06 my email says 6:44 she proceeds to yell and tell me she'll have the driver hand delieve it to me because he is around my house now. Needless to say I still have no flowers! more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!\r \r Ordered flowers for my mother for her birthday, they arrived the day after they were supposed to and in the evening. Flowers looked absolutely disgusting! Wilted and pathetic! Called Penny Lane and the manager said ''Well, we had more important orders'' Also said they would credit my account and never did! I called back and they said they would send another bouquet and never did that either! What a terrible experience with an unprofessional shop that I have no idea how they are still in business! Save yourself the trouble and money! Go somewhere else!!! more

I ordered flowers for my mother on a friday to be delivered the next day.. it is now 5 days later and NO FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. I am sick and tired of calling this horrible business to find out the status on the delivery and how they are going to make this up to me. I left two voicemail messages that I never got a return call from.. after I finally spoke with someone, she said she cannot find my order and to fax her the confirmation. After I faxed the confirmation, SHE CHARGES ME AGAIN! I now have TWO charges and NO flowers. Horribly unprofessional staff, and a ridculous excuse for a business. more

This is the worst run business in all of Reisterstown. My mom ordered flowers for me as I was getting out of the hospital and she wanted me to have them. I get home and the following day I get this little thing of mostly dead flowers. Well knowing my mom and her taste I knew something wasn't right. I took pictures and sent them to my mom and she agreed that was not what she had ordered. I wish there was a spot on here to add pictures literally stems broken and shoved back in most flowers dead and falling out....just horrible. So my mom calls Penny Lane from Florida and says this IS NOT what I ordered and I want a refund. They tell her to have me put the flowers outside so they can have them back. They pick them up and still have not refunded my mom the insane amount of money she paid for these. So I make a call today and get hung up on. I call back to get voicemail several times and then call from a different number and explain that I will be there to meet the owner to see the credit. Then she hangs up on me again. This place is just a fly by night, rip off flower shop in Reisterstown that needs to close down. And, by the time I'm done leaving reviews every where I can, will be. more

I wish i would've read the reviews around the internet on how terrible this florist is, before i ordered flowers for a funeral. The flowers never showed up and to make matters worse, i was charged twice connie was very rude but she did take the first charge off which was the only one i did / then there was second charge made the next day and for a different amount which i did not do. she kept saying she would take it off which she never did. i have disputed it with my credit card company as of this time. she offered me a free flower to send to the house since the original one never went to the funeral home, I guess she thought i wouldn't notice she charged me twice and was going to leave the other charge on and call it free. i will never use her again and i wouldn't take a free flower from her if she was the last florist around. I would pick dandelions before i use her. her customer service is pathetic and she doesn't even deserve one star but you have to pick at least one to write the review . my sons have 13 friend weddings in 2012 and guess how many now are not using flowers by penny lane ....13 06/29/2011 more

Reading these reviews I am astonished. My service with Flowers By Penny Lane has been nothing but amazing. I had ordered the ""warm and wondrous"" as my center table piece for Thanksgiving dinner. Upon receiving the package the flowers were amazingly beautiful. All stems were intact and the flowers smelled wonderful. My dinner guest all complimented the flower arrangement. It was a beautiful way to start the Holiday Season!! more

I would definitely recommend Flowers By Penny Lane. Earlier this year i was planning my wedding and was unsure of how i should arrange my bouquet. I knew, still really dont know much, but the staff was very helpful on helping me arrange my bouquet.The customer service was amazing and my bouquet came out beautiful at an even reasonable price. I would definitely go back to this flower shop for future events. more
