HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE FLOWERS! I received my delivery and the vase was cracked at the bottom and all the water was gone but there was no puddle on my doorstep. The flowers were damaged, bruised and had folded petals. I then called the store to ask what happened. He quickly cut me off after I began to explain what had happened and seemed very indifferent. His tone with me implied that he thought I was annoying. He informed me that I was going to get a call the following day with information about what happened. I insisted he let me speak to someone but he said no. This representative did not give me his name and was not at all sympathetic towards my feelings. I never got a call the next day so I called when I got home from work. The same guy answered the phone but acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. He was rude and quick to shut me up with the explanation that they closed early that day and there was no manager available. He asked me when I got the flowers and I told him around three. I then told him that the vase had been cracked and he snapped back "Well you didn't tell me that yesterday". I was shocked by this and about to say something about the matter and he opened his mouth again and said "I'll have the manager call you tomorrow, thank you for calling Garden City Florist" and hung up on me. I called back four times. The phone hung up four times. The fifth time I called the phone went to voice mail. Needless to say I will NEVER use this venue again and I hope that you don't either! HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE FLOWERS!
