This is the ""locals"" version of national chains such as Denny's or IHOP. Flamingo's has american and local favorite comfort foods, such as Chicken Cutlet and Tempura style Mahi Mahi. Save some room for dessert. There Banana Pie (not cream, imagine apple pie and replace it with Banana's) and Custard Pie are must at any Flamingo restaurant.
