I have never been treated so shabbily in my life. I went to this store to exchange a fairly pricey but very small ring that I received as a gift. By small I mean the size of the stone and the fit on my finger. So, you see, I wanted to upgrade, thus spend more money. The sales crone told me nope, no way, it's been after 30 days and you could have worn it. ??!! Um, it doesn't FIT but you're telling me I could have worn it shoveling horse manure for 28 or 29 days then exchanged it and THAT would be acceptable? I did not want a refund, I wanted to spend more money in your store! She acted as though my husband and I were not good enough to be there (understand, this place is one step above a pawn shop and my husband is an engineer). Our disposable income is plenty green lady and from now on I will tell everyone to stay out of this store and will satisfy my insatiable appetite for jewelry elsewhere.
