wow... before me and my husband found our apartment (hes NAVY) we stayed here and not only were the rooms clean and welcoming, the customer service in the lobby was great! High Speed internet access, convenient to shopping centers...or if your cheap like me theres a McDonalds and Taco Bell right across the road...if i could, i would live there!!! only...of course you have your annoying people that like to come in right next to you being "intimate" and people slamming doors...but you dont hear too much cuz the walls are pretty thick- keep the TV on lol, and the slamming doors is kinda hard not to do cuz the doors are kinda heavy. But overall..this is a great place to stay!
Pros: customer service, interior entrances, elevator, Appearance of room
Cons: same as most hotels- sexually active neighbors

The owners will go out of their way to help you and are very accomodating. Reasonable price but exceptional if you are looking to visit Williamsburg and stay within a 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens and colonial wbg. Right next to a 7-11 for easy refreshments, you wont' even have to drive, literally I could hit the 7/11 with a wiffle ball, lol. About a mile down the road from fast food heaven, lol, anything you want from pizzas, subs, seafood, chinese, chicken, tacos, IHOP I mean you really can name it it's within a mile or two of the Ft. Eustis Inn. The owners are nice, dedicated to being good innkeepers and high class individuals.

We stayed here last spring while restoration work was being completed on our home. The rooms were nice, clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There is a pool, exercise area and restaurant.We have had several family members stay here when they come to visit and all are equally pleased. It is centrally located for those vacationing in the area ,close to I 64, Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg are approx a 20 min drive,and 40 min to Virginia Beach. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

At Christmas time this hotel was VERY helpful. We had booked at another thinking it was pet friendly and it turned out not to be so. This hotel was pet friendly and helpful in getting us settled with our dog. Handicap facilities were primitive but better thannothing.
