At the time I went to see him I had just recovered from whooping cough and was going into coughing fits months afterward. When his tests failed to turn up an explanation as to what could be causing these severe bouts of coughing, he asked me if my problem could be in my head. I did my own experimentation with my diet and determined it was dairy products that caused my very real problem.
