I love these folks! I transferred from another Grapevine vet facility to Family Pet when my cat came down with a serious liver illness that required surgery and a feeding tube. I left my previous vet because 1. I was told my cat's 'strange behavior' was an illness, but was "due to not enough attention' (???!!) and 2. He has about the rudest, nastiest receptionist(s) one could ever run into. I can understand a doctor making a mistaken diagnosis, but there is no reason to have a 'window witch' as a receptionist. (Zero personality; doesn't know what a smile is; better-than-thou attitude). So I ended up at the front door of Family Pet Clinic and i am thrilled with the way they handled my pet: Stephanie the receptionist is wonderful! She has a caring attitude, seemed very concerned about my pet, was crazy busy, but stopped to tell me what was going on. The vet techs and the veterinarians (I saw 2 over the course of things) answered all my questions, treated me intelligently, had a friendly
