I have brought things to other servicers in the past, but I won't do that again. I would much rather wait for the best. I, personally, have patience to wait, even up to a year, because I know that the product will be fixed CORRECTLY. I understand that the tech does not have time to talk to the customer because if he did, he would not get anything done !!!! Why don't people realize that ??? There are also not enough competent repair places that even do the repairs that they handle. No one does DVD players, CD players, turntables, DJ equipment, VCR's and all that small ( non-profitable) items. People need to realize that and back off with the negative comments. These guys are great, and you are nuts not to give them your business.
