Do not buy from this company!!!!!! 10/18/2008

I bought a injection pump in March 08 was wrong pump, they told me to send it back for a refund, I did and they have never sent my money. Its now Oct. 08 and still have not got my $2,100 dollars back and can not get them to answer my call. This is the worst company ive ever seen. If anybody is looking to get their money back let me know. My email is dewest15@yahoo. I will be taking action soon. The owner is Jeff at etr for anybody who has had a problem and the number is 865-776-1976. If enough of us call maybe we will get some action. more

Do not recommend this company! Months later still waiting on our core charge. Can not get through on telephone, will not return calls, complete lack of business ethics! more

Never recieved product. Still have not been reimbursed after more than 2 months and multiple phone calls. I do not recommend using this company. 4/3/2008

Never recieved product that was charged to my card. I have made numerous phone calls over a 2 month period with them always saying problem will be taken care of. To date I still have a charge of $400 on my card and no product. I do not recommend this company. Pros: absolutely none Cons: total dissatisfaction more
