This is a thank you note to all the girls at Elegant Touch. You made my experience a pleasant one for my daughter Pam. She is my second daughter to be married and use this shop for all her wedding party. The bride and groom looked great and the wedding was beautiful. We had a great experience last year with my first daughter s wedding which went exceptionally well. I regret, I do not have any more children to send you, but I will be back for a dress to take on my cruise in November. more

Strongly second Catherine B's review! “Over promise, under deliver” is Elegant Touch’s mantra. Your money is what they want; once they have it, don’t expect any more customer service. They will over charge you for alterations of such poor quality that you would think a middle schooler did them at their home ec class. \r \r The even bigger issue of concern is that managers are outright rude and confrontational, even threatening patrons and calling them names when they commented on the lack of professionalism and customer service. Be wise and spend your money at a store that actually respects, appreciates and values your business. “Elegant” Touch is misleading; “Greedy” Touch hits it on the head. Customer service is NOT what Elegant Touch is about. more

Worst Experience in my life! They will be nice and tell you a bunch of false information in the beginning to get your money then when you have paid they change their story. When we questioned why we were given the wrong information we were call LIARS and my daughter was called a stressed out Bride! Her wedding is not until Sept. They only thing we wanted was an apology from the owner on her staffs mistake with what was told to us. Instead we were told to pay for all dresses ( which we did gladly) and told to get out of their store and they would not handle alterations! Then she escorted us out of the store. Do not waste your time! We spent over $1200. at that store and this was the treatment we received! We have NEVER experienced such poor customer service or treatment EVER! more

This was a good experience especially for a large wedding party with so many opinions. Each of my friends have been in many weddings and each had their own experience with what they like and don’t like in a bridal shop and the service. We all left the shop satisfied and pleased with the service at Elegant Touch Bridal. After many shops and many hours online, I found my dress and could not be happier. The plus at Elegant Touch is their patience and the service that I received that I did not get from other shops, I returned twice to try on my gown, just to be sure this is the one. My mother and my best friend both loved this dress on me. \r \r I spent another afternoon shopping for my bridesmaid dresses; each girl tried on several gowns to see what would look good on them. We found the most flattering one that would look good on all body sizes; I have every size imaginable and needed something that could work for everybody. Elegant Touch selection was great. I found the dress and the color I wanted, that was perfect.\r \r We just finished picking out tuxedos for my wedding. Elegant Touch had the exact vest color to match my bridesmaids; Jeff my fiancé will wear a white vest to match me. He went along with everything I wanted. It helped that before I brought Jeff, I selected everything with the owner and wrote it down, which left very little for him to decide.\r \r Overall, I am very pleased with my dress, the girl’s dresses and the Tuxedos. I shopped in several bridal gown shops and tried on many gowns before I found my dress at Elegant Touch. I found Pat and colleen at Elegant Touch to be the most accomodating and helpfull, I would stop often to visit my dress and check on my bridesmaid dresses, I felt part of the familly. Illene the seamstress did a great job with my alterations since I lost a few pounds as the wedding date closed in. Bill and the guys tuxedos were also perfect. Thank you ladies. I could not be any happier with my gown or the service I received. Giselle, the owner, helped me find a very flattering brides maid dress that flattered all my big girls and a few small ones. All the girls looked great.\r Both mom's also found a dress that appealed to them. They do it all at this shop including alterations.\r \r The boys also looked good. I had two guys from out of town and they were able to accomodate them since they carry their tuxedos on site. The two cousins could not pick up their tuxedos until the saturday of the wedding, and they left the shop pleased with their tuxedo.\r \r My flower girl and my ring bearer looked absolutely cute. \r \r I received great service at Elegant Touch, I recommend them to all my friends.
