Strongly second Catherine B's review! “Over promise, under deliver” is Elegant Touch’s mantra. Your money is what they want; once they have it, don’t expect any more customer service. They will over charge you for alterations of such poor quality that you would think a middle schooler did them at their home ec class. \r

The even bigger issue of concern is that managers are outright rude and confrontational, even threatening patrons and calling them names when they commented on the lack of professionalism and customer service. Be wise and spend your money at a store that actually respects, appreciates and values your business. “Elegant” Touch is misleading; “Greedy” Touch hits it on the head. Customer service is NOT what Elegant Touch is about.
