Excellent Mexican food! I usually head into the cantina, where the waitresses are super friendly. The blue cheese/garlic dip (that comes with the free chips, salsa, and hot sauce) is phenomenal! We usually have to get a dish per person! The chicken enchilada sauce is very tasty, and there is a hefty serving of chicken in the enchiladas. The taco sauve is very good as well, with beef that is very tender (not ground, shredded). The seafood chimichanga is very crisp and the seafood isn't overcooked as it can be in these types of dishes. El Charro can get very crowded on weekends, but you can usually find a seat on the patio or cantina quite easily. If you're a newbie with a big appetite, I suggest the dinner sampler. The only menu item to stay away from is the flautas - a little overcooked.
Pros: No wait for seating, ample parking in back
Cons: The patio and cantina get very crowded on the weekends
