The Eggroll Cafe is absolutely fantastic. They use illy coffee and espresso, which tastes great. I'm not a fan of the iced coffee but the hot beverages are all excellent. Their bubble tea is the best I've had anywhere outside of Portland, ME. If you've never had bubble tea (boba), you absolutely have to try it. They give you an oversized plastic straw to suck up the pile of tapioca pearls in the bottom of every cup with each sip of fruit-flavored tea.
The food on their menu consists mostly of bagels, homemade muffins with real fresh fruit (try the mango), and their specialty item, eggrolls. I'm a vegetarian, so I pretty much stick to the spinach & feta eggrolls, and the "summer rolls" which are cones of fresh shredded veggies & shrimp wrapped in some kind of moist rice flour wrap, served with a light peanut sauce.
