The spring on my door broke and instead of calling the Columbus company that left their sticker on the door, I wanted to use a local Westerville company. I checked some websites and tried Duppys. I called in the evening to come the next day when I got home from work, no problem. I got a call at work that they were early and started since the door was unlocked (the door was very heavy). By the time I got home a little over an hour later, they were finished with the new spring and had actually started replacing a few bolts in the door at no charge. They convinced me to change the rollers as well, at a great price. No problems since and the door is much much quieter. Will use Duppys for all door service in the future.
