Do not go to this place. They will not solve your problem, just charge you a huge amount to do absolutely nothing. \r I broke and fractured my toe and went to them on a Friday because all the podiatrist were closed. They took x-rays and bandaged my toe for $200....then sent me on my way. I called yesturday because I could not get an appointment w/ a docotor until wed to give me some more pain medicine because they only gave me a few to take...the directions were 2 every 4 hrs..if I would have followed those directions the medicine would have been gone in the first day..(mind you this is only tylenol #3 we are talking about and they only gave me 16) and they refused to refill.\r \r So i asked them why I paid so much for nothing to be done they told me to alleviate my pain.. well my pain is much more severe then it was on Friday and it is not getting alleviated!!! This place just wants your money they dont care at all about the you. I have two 3yrs olds to take care of and can barely walk, told them this and of course did not care!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! more

I happened across this clinic inbetween doctors. After reaching the 'last straw' with yet another doctor who refused to listen, refused to find the source of my problems instead of throwing pills at the symptoms, I decided I wouldn't be going back to that doctor. As typically happens, I got sick with strep before finding a new doctor. Long story short, I thank God because it led me to the Madison Minor Medical. Not only was I treated very effectively for the strep, but the doctor engaged in conversation with me (instead of rushing me out the door) and listened to the laundry list of things that the previous doctors ignored. Then she ordered some simple lab tests to get to the bottom of them... and omg I'm not crazy or a hypochondriac after all! She takes her job and oath seriously, has a caring heart and an up front, honest way of letting you know your options, etc. SO happy to have found this litttle clinic! more

Madison Minor is one of the best places ive been in a long time. The staff is very careing and helpfull. Th nurses are there with a helping hand and warm heart.They all made me feel very welcome.Everyone is smiling and laughing.Very professional!!!!! Then finally the doctors are amazing! more

i had a very nice office visit, the best it could be...its not a trip to disney land its the doctors office. The office staff and the doctors were very professional and polite. i was in and out in a timely manner and treated very well. i would recommend madison minor to anyone. more

I sought treatment here several months ago, was not treated AT ALL and am still paying the expensive bill! Out of 5 people at the front desk (some medical staff - not just receptionists), none of them could answer my questions, including tell me how long it would take to get my test results back. I was told I'd get a call and never did. I had to call and check back myself over a period of seven days -- each time they had no idea who I was and gave me the run-around about the doctor being out. When I finally got my results they said they couldn't help me. I felt like just a number during my entire experience. I was appalled at the lack of professionalism and it scares me that this is found in a business where people's health is on the line. I paid hundreds of dollars for nothing but an overload in frustration. Ridiculous. Cons: Long wait, expensive, untrained desk staff more
