Hyundai Service 10/1/2013

I was promised two free oil changes/services when I purchased the car. I was put through the wringers to get my first service done free of charge as promised. This took about 30 minutes just to get the approval to get a free oil change. They were giving me the run around on a 1.8 Liter oil change?? Really!! more

Unreliable service 9/14/2013

The service is always friendly however when I asked them to check my battery I was told it showed full charge and was fine. Two days later I had to bring it somewhere else and was told my battery needed to be replaced die to a less than 20% charge. I asked if this could happen overnight without lights on to drain the battery and the answer was no. :( more

The Service Guys are Great. 8/2/2013

I really like the guys there, easy to work with. Knowledgeable and good listener. I happened to work with the Service Manager. He sets an excellent example. Thorough. Explains well in detail, the car was finished in good timing, drivers to drop off and pick-up were very timely. The car was cleaned very well too. Please give thanks to them also, they did an excellent job to a good point of drying/wipe down. more
