I *heart* Dr. Richard N Rudnicki!!! I love that the office wasn't the usual stuffy kinda place, Dr. Rudnicki was VERY VERY understanding and thorough. He was efficient without making me feel rushed. more

Acne patients like being able to come in for a quick glycolic acid peels--the price is reasonable that they can afford and the products to buy over the counter really help their condition and are reasonalby priced. Dr.Rudnicki also has done deep peels on patients for rejevenation. The results were great--really improves the texture of the skin--my face looked so much better--did it for my daughters wedding--but now i am going to do another one just for me. more

Dr Rudnicki also treats patients with hyperhidrosis (an embarrasing situation for patients) meaning excessive sweating. He has been successfully treating patients with this condition for years with botox. more

Our whole family and my nieghbors have gone to Dr. Rudnicki--i've gone to him for over 15 years. he has helped us through some tough situations with skin cancer and i trust him to take care of me and my family. Sometimes the waiting room is full--i know it's because the doctor has built a good reputation in the area; but he always takes the time to explain what he will be doing and how to care for the area he "worked" on. the assistant also reinforces what he says, and i get care instructions in writing! that helps because sometimes when you get home you forget what they said! more

We want to convey that Dr Rudnicki is a competent surgeon, caring doctor and staff is pleasant courteous and caring. When you walk in you can tell that the staff wants to be there and is helpful.This is an office that returns calls the same day you call them. I had done at Dr. Rudnicki's office was virtually painless--it was done before i even knew it. more

I called and made an appointment for treatment for ingrown hairs. My primary care physician made a referral for folliculitis. I took off a half day from work, paid a $30 copay, Blue Cross paid $99 of a $200 bill from the doctor. The treatment after a one hour wait? "There's nothing I can do for that condition." The doctor never touched or looked at me....only at my file. He is in business to rip off insurance companies and patients. more

Good: Easy access to office and plenty of parking.. Bad: Impolite and uncaring personnel, lackadaisical attitudes towards patients' needs. Doctor has a bad case of "The God Attitude".. Improvements: Professional employees hired and trained in dealing with sick people. They should learn to sympathize with patients.. Other: The doctor has "The Attitude". It was like dealing with Bernard Madoff in a lab jacket. No sympathy whatsoever. It's JUST a business to him. Listen to me, give me all your money, then get out of here and quit bugging me. Makes me wonder if he made up his own Hippocratic Oath...... more

I was the first patient and he was 15 minutes late. Sat in room for 25 minutes waiting for his nurse to numb an area for a biopsy. I got tired of waiting and finally walked out. I will not go to Dr. Rudnicki again or will I refer any body to him. more

was referred to this doctor for botox injections for a sweating disorder. was quoted 800.00 for this procedure and set appt. to have done. after services were completed i was still experiencing sweating under one arm the other arm was perfect. called to speak with dr. rudnicki but his office states he does not talk to patients over the phone. instead his office manager states that we need to pay another 400.00 for the one arm, 3 days after we spent 800.00, to me i believe dr. rudnicki could have at least called and listened to my complaints. i asked to have the one arm done at no charge or to at least refund 400.00 to go to another doctor, and his office said sorry but we don't refund. i have already contacted the state medical board for indecent practice and rude office workers also 3 of my friends have canceled appts. with this doctor and are seeking other dermatologists. as a final comment this office called the mesquite police dept. who called us at home and stated they felt threatened by our phone call, when all we wanted was the medical procedure redone. i do not recommend this doctor.................. more

They were very good at calming my fears. Their caring and concern for my wellbeing was above standard. Staff is very knowledgeable on all issues concerning my surgery. They were all very nice to me. more

efficent doctor. does the nessary test to find out the cause of your problem. then offers solutions. staff very knowledge as how treatments will feel and how to prevent scaring. accepts insurance and will file for you. They give hope and assurance that everything will be ok, and if not then they are there to help you through your problems. more
