Friendly staff, knowledgeable sales team 4/26/2012

I normally don't write these things, but I went down to Dokmo just to look around. I was looking at a Mitsubishi when one of the salesman approached me. His name was Steve. I told him what I was looking for and he warned me about some of the problems with the Mits. Then he showed me a Pontiac that was cheaper than the Mits and better fit what I wanted. Next thing I knew I was inside purchasing a new (or used I guess) Pontiac Grand Prix for less than the sticker price. Everyone else inside seemed incredibly friendly. Over all it was a great day and I still love my car. more

Avoid!! 4/21/2009

I went here to get my brakes done. I had to get them redone 3 months later by another place. They didn't do it properly the first time. I had to spend another $250 to correct their crappy work. I called them to complain, they apologized and offered to correct the brake job. I'm supposed to trust them for a second time?? Not with a brake job! I wanted my money back, they guy became rude. It was really uncalled for and unnecessary. I'm taking my car somewhere that I can trust they will get it right the first time. Cons: rip-off more
