These people are extremely professional. I used their service twice so far and I've been pleased with the results both times. I needed 2 big rooms, hallway and a rug to be cleaned. They did a great job at a fair price. If I don't change the carpet to hardwood, I will definitely stick with this company. more

They upcharged us for "deep clean" which roughly translates into WAY TOO MUCH LIQUID LEFT BEHIND. It took two days for the carpets to be dry enough to walk on the edges. At this point, we began to see the few spots that we had did not go away. We should have just stuck with the standard service, which was probably the same thing after all. more

no problem with them 4/18/2013

This is the third time I've used them with absolutely no problem at all. I have to chuckle at some of the other reviews: there is no more "criminal element" than in any other local business we use such as pizza delivery, house cleaners, gardeners, etc. They were professional and thorough. I would use this service again. more

My sister asked me to bring the carpet to them and I did. I know that carpet was really messy because the kids used it for their party. When the carpet was sent home, nothing has changed. There were spots and very untidy to look at. I have to call other cleaning service. more
