You know what you are doing and you treated me with respect. You spent time discerning a problem with the car and it was fixed without me having to spend money. I wanted to pay you for your time and expertise but you would not take anything. I will send my friends and f.amily to you. more

Was taken care of without an appoinment at the end day, was certainly appreciated as it's a 100 mi. round trip to your shop. 1/5/2014

Diagnosed the problem as low voltage code(bad alternator) had the parts available and completed the repair within an hour. more

the last few times i have been to the shop i have been very dissapointed. I have been given three different answers for the same reason and same problem. lost trust. I dont think i will return to do any bussiness. I also believe i was over charged on the last visit. The service has gone down and prices have gone way up. They left the trunk lights hanging after they installed the trunk switch. I didnt want to bring the car back after that. more

We unfortunately could get the engine light to come on at the shop but Robert was honest & didn't just start replacing parts. We will return if light comes on again. No charge for eval ... Great honest mechanic!! more
