Dr. Seff, on Semoran just north of the Semoran/Aloma intersection, is an osteopathic dermatologist.
I had no trouble getting an appointment at his office as a new patient - a new experience for me, as in the past I've had to wait weeks for appointments for other dermatologists.
I usually didn't have to wait long, and his office administration is quite efficient.
