Good Business Not Just Business 4/28/2011

With just eight weeks to go till my daughters wedding her dress arrived from China. It wasn't right. We called everywhere trying to find a replacement. One of the shops we called was Cruz's bridal. Adriana stepped in like a fairy godmother. She opened the shop up late so we could drive from Camarillo after work. She was so kind and with all her knowledge she helped us find everything we needed. Sure it's business but this was more - this was GOOD business. Which is why we drove from Camarillo - one 1/4 hour drive. It was worth it! more

Cute dresses... not so great service. 3/25/2010

A few years ago I took my prom dress to Cruz's Bridal to be altered and was pleased with what they did. About a year ago I was in a wedding and we bought our bridesmaid dresses at Cruz's and I was a little put off by their service. I had an appt. to get to and had to quickly run in and pick up my dress and they wouldn't let me take it until I tried it on, which I thought was ridiculous because I had already purchased the dress and if I tried it on at home and it didn't fit I obviously would bring it back to be altered. more

Okay Service 3/24/2010

The first time I called regarding a wedding dress they demanded that I make an appointment even though I just wanted to look. I gave it a second try and they were a bit nicer to my bridesmaids. The dresses are beautiful but on the pricier side and any alterations are expensive. more

Great selection, good staff 3/24/2010

I've been here for several occasions in the past few years. I had my "off the rack" wedding gown altered prior to my own wedding, and was very pleased with their meticulous attention to me and what I wanted. My dress turned out amazingly, and I could not have been happier! Prices seemed reasonable for the alterations that were being done, and as it was "off the rack" many things needed to be fixed on the dress.\r \r Also visited for a bridesmaid dress last year, and was pleased with the experience. They often seemed a bit rushed with this instance, however they were helpful. Dress selection is extensive, but often pricey! more

Friendly and Helpful 1/9/2009

The owner was very patient with my friend who was a new bride-to-be and extremely specific on her likes and dislikes. In the end, my friend looked stunning on her wedding day. The dress was beautiful and fit perfectly. more

great place to get your dress. 1/9/2009

I went to Cruz's to look fora dress after having been to a number of other places. A dress was suggested that I would never have tried on, and that is the one I purchased. Having seen so many body styles and dress styles, she knew the one that would look good on me! Great service! more

FIRST BRIDAL SHOP I VISITED & STAYED WITH.... 8/12/2008

cruz's bridal i've known of since i was a little girl. my 22 years of living in santa clarita cruz's was the place to go for your wedding gown. i first met addrienne at the bridal seminar held at the hyatt hotel. she was a sweatheart from the start,including her staff! i found the perfect dress for myself,my bridesmaids and my daughter the flower girl. the morning of my wedding she came personaly to my house and helped me put on my dress. how much more better personal service can you get than that. more

We have had several wonderful experiences at Cruz's Bridal. They have always been professional and friendly. They have gone out of their way to help me find exactly what I am looking for and have even told me where to find it if they didn't have it or carry it. They have made a lifetime customer! more

Small, but Good! 12/11/2006

Cruz's Bridal is a small boutique store that is jammed packed with wedding dresses to fit any budget. All of the staff members were very helpful and really strived to help me find the perfect dress. They even allow you to take pictures with your camera so that you can remember what each dress looks like. I would recommend making an appointment because the store is so small and you really do need the place to yourself to enjoy the experience. Overall, I would say my experiences in this store have been nothing but positive. Pros: Excellent Staff, Friendly service, wide price ranges Cons: Cramped, can be very crowded with only 2 brides there! more
