A few years ago I took my prom dress to Cruz's Bridal to be altered and was pleased with what they did. About a year ago I was in a wedding and we bought our bridesmaid dresses at Cruz's and I was a little put off by their service. I had an appt. to get to and had to quickly run in and pick up my dress and they wouldn't let me take it until I tried it on, which I thought was ridiculous because I had already purchased the dress and if I tried it on at home and it didn't fit I obviously would bring it back to be altered.
