DO NOT BUY FROM JETSON'S 8/30/2011

I BOUGHT A FRONT LOADER WASHER AND DRYER IN 2008 .I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH BOTH MACHINES. I WAS ALSO INFORMED THAT IF I PURCHASED THE WARRANTY ANY PROBLEMS WOULD BE COVERED AND NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE, WELL THATS NOT THE CASE. JETSON HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WARRANTY AFTER YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR IT IS CONTRACTED OUT!!!!! THE WARRANTY COMPANY JUST INFORMED US THAT IF THEY CANT FIX IT THEY'LL BLAME THE CUSTOMER AND TOUGH LUCK ! I CAN NOT ADVISE ENOUGH (DO NOT BUY FROM JETSON'S) THEY DO NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY OR THIER BUSINESS PRACTICE.) THEY ARE SELLING BAD MERCHANDISE AND HOPING YOU DONT HAVE THE TIME TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY WERE WRONG ABOUT ME! IM TAKING THEM COURT! more
