County Line Frame HERE 8/6/2010

From Andrews Powder Coating, Inc. 9801 Independence Ave. Chatsworth, CA 91311 818.700.1030 powdercoater dot com We have a frame + swingarm here that we took in on June 11 to be powder coated a beautiful candy metallic copper. It's gorgeous. We were asked to jump through hoops and do it in 5 days. We had to chemically strip it first and then 2 stage coat it. We did it all, and it came out beautiful and today is August 6 and it's still here! If this is your frame, please contact us immediately and come get it! Arman promises to come get it over and over and over and never comes to get it. We dont want to hear excuses anymore and some poor person is about to lose their frame. Our contract reads that merchandise left over 30 days can be sold, so the frame belongs to us. We have pictures of it. If it's yours please contact us! If it's not yours and you want a nice beautiful frame, please contact us! sandee@powdercoater dot com Sandee Andrews Andrews Powder Coating, Inc. CLC - Pro's & Con's 2/24/2010

I wrote this posting on CLC – Yahoo review site minus a few adjustments, still no one can come close to the money I risked with AG at CLC. I have all of the receipts, signed contracts, with notary showing that I have given him 3 checks totally over $91,000. Now After reading all of the posting I am sitting here thinking that I was the ""ONLY"" stupid one...! When I read below of someone who had their bike at CLC for only six (6) months I thought to myself I would have felt LUCKY had that happened to me! As my bike the first time at CLC just over 18 months, now, granted a lot of it was my own fault paying for more stuff and having him put on stuff then taking it off as wanted more torque and being out of the country on business did not help matters either plus it was a great place to store my bike. When I did get it nothing worked right. Glendale HD told me it would cost me another $3,700 to fix and make correct. I gave my bike back to CLC with the GHD statement, and now he is fixing it correctly. Sure I like all of you invested lots of MONEY into a GET RICH QUICK idea of his we ALL should have researched the Pro’s and Con’s to any investment like that. I like you should have done my homework, before investing. When in thinking I was getting a complete make-over to my bike with a 110 S&S motor with all of the BELLS & WHISTLES somewhere in the middle of that AG decided to upgrade it up to a 124 S&S; when I got upset that he did not relay this to me as he thought he was doing me a favor. I told him stick to the plan which he has now... I have been working very closely with AG that I will get my bike back within the time he promised. We all TOOK the RISK of investing into something that Arman said it would be a win/win situation. Hopefully all of you had yours in writing, with receipt and notary promissory note. AG was making payments back and had paid off less than half of what he owed me till others screwed him worse than he not paying you and I back, now AG is stuck paying all of us back. To Matt, aw29; and lawonourside too; there is more to the story then most know there are entities involved that knowing Arman, he will never give up! We should work with him to resolve this. I do not see Arman as a RAT he like us thought he could GET RICH following someone else’s advice, and he like ALL of us got stuck holding the bag. I still have faith that AG will some how pay us ALL off and if you look at it this way. Having his doors open and him being able to fund some $$'s are way is better than seeing him behind bars, as NONE of us get a dime out of it, and you can cool your jets as this is NOT AG hiding behind a name you can E-mail at anytime you want at: Jonathan Stone GodLivingHarley@yahoo Pros: Ryan & Larry great mechanics Cons: Anyone walking in the Back-Door can walk off w/ parts more

Arman has ripped me off and many others. 11/25/2009

I met Arman Gevorkian owner of County Line Cycles in Simi Valley, CA in 2004. Just before moving to FL in Nov. 2005, Arman called me up to make me a business offer. I went and listened to the offer it seemed good as he is very convincing. Having just sold my Thousand Oaks home I had cash to invest. So I went to him and gave him $50 K. That was for the purchase of 10 motorcycles that were to be new from a manufacturer that was going to have a pending bankruptcy and was looking to liquidate before filing. It looked like the bikes could be easily sold for twice that amount and I thought I might get another bike or two for myself as well. Arman said it would take a few months which was okay with me. Then two days later Arman called me again and said there was an opportunity to get 5 more bikes for another $25 K and that even his Mother was in on this deal. So all totaled I gave him $75 K. I then moved to Florida stayed in contact and thought all was okay. After 6 months of questioning. He said the broker he gave the money to “disappeared with the cash”. The broker was supposedly here on the East Coast so I asked for his name and contact info to go after him for the both of us from here in Florida. He never gave me a name, not even a fake name. He assured me to not worry as he would make good on me getting back my original investment of $ 75 K. I am still out $20 K and Arman is refusing to pay. I encourage all of us victims to band together and let all the riders and future potential victims know about his scheming ways. We are not little girls or whiners we are the people he has stolen from. Post here and everywhere you can your experience with his thefts. Pros: There is no good in Arman Cons: NOT TO BE TRUSTED more

AVOID COUNTY LINE CYCLES; AVOID A NIGHTMARE; POOR QUALITY OF WORK: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE; 8/31/2008

I brought my Harley into County Line in February for minor customization work?a wide glide front end to be set with more degrees on the rake; a 200 rear tire, a new rear custom fender, a new 2 up seat, new lights, a new speedo and other minor items. The owner (Arman) told me it would take 30 days. 30 days later, he hadn?t even touched the bike. When I showed up to see the progress on the bike?he told me that the he had ?shipped the bike out? for some minor repair. That was BS. It was in his storage facility, untouched. Over the course of the next 7 months, he told me lie after lie about why the bike wasn?t ready. I mistakenly paid him for the work in advance.\r \r LESSON LEARNED. DON?T GIVE THIS GUY A DIME UNTIL HE COMPLETES THE WORK. ACTUALLY, JUST DON?T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS. HE KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMIZATION. \r \r 7 months later, he said the bike was ready. When I went to pick up the bike I couldn?t believe it! He didn?t change the rake (and lied about why he couldn't change it); the new speedo had 800 miles on it (he said is was delivered with that mileage, but after checking with the manufacturer?I found out it was just another lie); he put a 180 tire instead of a 200 (another lie as to why), he put a cheapo lick and stick seat for the passenger?.and about 10 other things were wrong with it. \r \r He agreed to take care of it all?plus he told me it was only a temporary seat?the new seat was due in two days. A week later, he called me to tell me that the bike was done. When I showed up (unannounced two weeks later?he hadn?t done a single thing! He had lied once again. I finally smartened up and just took the bike.\r \r I brought the Bike into a Harley Dealer in LA. They smiled when I told them the story. They had serviced many customers who had the County Line ?experience?. Evidently, the owner has a terrible reputation. \r \r DON?T MAKE THE SAME COSTLY MISTAKE THAT I DID. DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE TO COUNTY LINE CYCLES! THIS IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS!\r \r more
