In July I went in for a day of pampering at Cosmao. I had been on a diet and lost quite a bit and wanted to celebrate and reward myself. I went in for a facial, a massage, a pedicure, manicure, brow waxing ,highlights, and a new cut and style. I called and the receptionist was pleasant. When I arrived I went in for my facial. The facialist was professional and knowledgeable about my skin without having ever seen me before. My massage was so good, I almost fell asleep! I had a french manicure and the manicurist showed me a new color that I had not seen before and it matched my skin tone so well, I had to go out and buy a bottle of it. My pedicurist was not the same lady, but she was friendly and did a great job as well. I went in with a picture of a hairsyle I wanted and the hairstylist looked at my hair and said it wouldn't look the same way and asked if she could give me a different cut. She did and I love it! I have since been back for a shape up and have made another appointment for my highlights and haircut. They treated me like a princess and gained a new client!
