great boxing classes 11/18/2005

The boxing classes they have here will get you right into shape. The people are great. I believe they have a deal where you can try one work out for free. You should do it. They have a lot of kickboxing too, and the people are very knowledgeable, especially the owner. The parking isn't great on Gray St., but it's not too bad. Also, if you're a huge germ freak there are kind of a lot of sweaty people in not that much space, but it's not that big of deal. more

The place to learn the real stuff! 5/7/2005

If you're interested in Karate or Kickboxing, Conan's in Norman is a wonderful place to go. They will work with you as a beginner, intermediate, or even advanced kickboxer. They do lessons, for all ages. The also keep up with all the latest events in the world on their fabulous website. This will not only teach the proper techniques, they also teach discipline and respect for yourself, as well as others.
