Dr James Cleary is located on Rt 38 in Tewksbury. His office is small, consisting of only two exam rooms. The staff consists solely of Dr Cleary and his receptionist. I find this to be a welcome change to the bigger practices I have been to which usually include long waits and an impersonal feel.
I found my experience there to be very positive. I called to make an appointment, and the receptionist was friendly and competent. She mailed me the forms to fill out before I arrived to save time when I came to the office. I had a morning appointment, and did not have to wait before going into the exam room. Once in the exam room, the dentist was friendly and talkative, and was very welcoming. The xrays, exam and cleaning were done quickly and thoroughly.
I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. He does have Saturday hours, but not in the summer, so if you're looking for a weekend appointment you would need to wait until September.
