... They have NO clue what they are doing and prioritize your financial info insurance before they even listen to your problem AFTER their really bad work already paid for. You will be seen by a ""dentist"" at the ""round table"" - money talk first. Then you are passed through a ""ASSISTANTS"" who are allowed to ""DRILL"" on your teeth"" really. No permission and no dentist near. Tonight I sit with a temporary front tooth in 3 pieces in my hand. An impression was never taken before the ""assistant"" I didn't know was an assistant started drilling and ""prepping me for a crown"" when as it turns out ... of course ... I did not need a crown. My mouth from an accident is now in worse condition than at the surgery. Cost is doubled to me now ... with the stump of a front tooth. This is not even a just comparison to what situation I am in now compared to how I went in. This is my experience - and I suspect I am not alone. more

I would highly recommend going to another dentist! I took my family there recently and was very disappointed in their service. The dental assistants seemed to have no clue what they were doing and did not use universal precautions. The dentist ate a candy bar while working on a family member. I've been getting my teeth cleaned here for almost four years. I've been happy with their customer service. I've never felt pressured to buy services (e.g., they don't pressure me to buy extras such as getting teeth whitened, etc.). They have never canceled my appointments on me at the last minute (unlike the Highlands Ranch Comfort Dental which canceled on me twice and then couldn't re-book me for another month). They have very convenient hours. The front receptionist is a very friendly person. And best of all, Comfort Dental is really easy to work with your insurance. They take just about all kinds of insurance and the customer never needs to fill out any paperwork. I've very satisfied with service here.
