I have had to go to the comcast location over 15 times due to horrible service. Each time I've waited well over 15 minutes and several times it was over 45 minutes. They usually have one (maybe 2) employee's working at a time and when the line builds up .... they go on break! It's truly amazing! The staff is incompetent. Every time I go there (or call comcast) they give me a completely different story about my service. No one has any idea what's going on. They're customer service is supposed to be available 24 hours, but I've called many times only to get an answering machine (I'm not talking about this location but 1800-comcast).They keep sneaking in misc charges and upping my bill - I'm done with these crooks! The bill started out (after the 6 months) at $57, then $64, then $68, then $72....now it's $92 for basic cable and slow internet!!!!!!!
