Worst Customer Service 5/6/2015

I have an order outstanding with Circa50 right now for six butterfly chairs. The order was placed 3/23/15 and I still have not received them. Steve said he'd look into it an email us back - no word from Steve yet several days later. I've also emailed the company and am hoping for a reply. Awful customer service and they don't answer their phone most of the time. Will never order from this company again. Am about to cancel the order and get my money back through my credit card company. Just awful. more

Great Butterfly chair replacement covers 5/29/2012

We received our covers today on time, as described and are totally pleased with them. Jeff at Circa50 was great with advising us on the order. We have vintage 1950s frames and have been unable to properly fit replacement covers until Circa50. Very satisfied. Bruce San Francisco more

Does not stand behind product 7/25/2011

I purchased two butterfly chair covers for $100. The fabric appeared to be "Sumbrella". To my surprise, the first time the cover was left on the chair; it went from red to pink in no time at all. Called and spoke with owner. He would not work with me in any way and was very rude. Be sure to read the fine print...just because you are buying an outdoor fabric DOES NOT mean it is UV protected. Seriously, how much more would it cost to add a UV protection? more

No integrity, Appalling ethics 7/6/2011

Appalling customer service. I ordered two products. The order was confirmed by email and I was told I would receive tracking info upon shipment. After waiting a month I finally contacted them by phone (which they seldom answer despite the statement on their website "open 24 hours"). Their Website also staes "We ship for free". They charged me $25 for shipping. After getting my order wrong they told me I would have to re-order what I already had a email confirmation for, then charged me a surprise $25.00. Not only were they unapologetic, they were outright rude, as if they couldn't be bothered with my business. Circa50--never again. more

excellent selection of mid-century modern furniture 8/17/2005

They have a great selection of Nelson clocks, Bubble lamps. I also found the Eames Lounge chair there. Great place to shop if you are a mid-century modern classics fan. more
