Worst

Dropped flat tire off to be repaired. Charged me $28.00 to change a $.30 valve core. Tire still losing air. Will not be using this garage again.

We took in my husband's pathfinder because of a noise (low hum). They gave him a loaner car for the day so that he could get to and from work. They diagnosed the issue but realized his truck was still under waranty. Adam even went so far as to call Nissan to double check that it was covered. Thanks so much for the great service. more

I called about the hood latch not working after having an oil change done elsewhere. It was about 2pm when I called to ask when they could look at the car. They said I could bring it right in. I dropped the car off and they fixed it while I ran one errand. I figured it would be there through the next business day. Maybe it was something simple...but to get a call within an hour or so that they had looked at it and fixed it. I was delighted. Problem solved. That definitely exceeded my expectations. more

Reliable Service 3/9/2017

The service appointment I scheduled became more involved but, thanks to the customary evaluation I have come to expect from Chuck's, several necessary repairs were discovered. This reduces my chances of being stuck on the road to deal with strangers in an emergency. Thanks for helping keep my vehicle road worthy a little longer!! more

Honesty and great service are what keeps me coming back! 11/16/2016

The quality of work and their honesty are what keep me coming back time and time again. I just brought my vehicle in for a 4 wheel brake job at 98K and was pleasantly surprised to be called and told that my vehicle only needed the front brakes replaced as the rear were in good shape and simply needed to be adjusted. They could have done the rears and charged me for them and I would have never known. That is GREAT customer service! more
