I went in with a friend who speaks Vietnamese fluently, and they did not realize she was Vietnamese. My friend had to walk out because she said the ladies were very rude and speaking badly about all the clients, and herself included. My friend did speak back in Vietnamese of very bad names the ladies were saying about her and all of us. She stuck up for us, and the whole salon fell silent. We had to walk out, not for the rudeness that they did NOT realize she spoke the language, but also for the dirty salon and lack of sanitation! I witnessed some very unsanitary practices that the Cosmetology State Board would fine this nail salon.
