Awesome 4/16/2012

I just bought an escape from Chino Hills Ford and I got a great price on it. I had been to quite a few dealers on the hunt for cars, and as a woman have found the salesmen to generally be condescending and pushy, and really try and bully you into buying something. That however was not the case here. I found the sales men really nice and honest and helpful and I really love my new car. more

Great Experience at Chino Hills 2/14/2012

The salesman that I worked with, Andrew was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable when it came to the new Fords that I was looking at and was really patient with me and all of my questions as well. At no point of my time spent here did I feel pressured or pushed to make a purchase that I did not want more

I went here looking for a new Ford Fiesta and Ryan was the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He really helped us with everything and he even stayed after hours to help us with all of our questions and to make sure we got just the car and deal that we wanted. more

We got my husband's car here from Andrea, and could not be happier. We've all heard horror stories about corrupt or sleazy car salesmen. That would describe the exact opposite of the experience we had at Chino Hills. Andrea was just great, so cool and honest, and basically held our hand through our first car purchase with Chino Hills Ford. more

Great mechanics 11/18/2011

Although the showroom was light on models and the salesman seemed to be minimally knowledgeable, the service department was excellent. I did not have a long wait and a mechanic helped with a recall issue. I think I got the car back in record time. I would highly recommend them for service. more

Neil was great. Overall it was a positive experience and I hate car shopping.. Who doesn't? The sales men are pushy and they don't listen to what you have to say, but not for Chino Hills Ford. They are the complete opposite! more

Never EVER trust them with your car! 1/21/2011

Chino Hills Ford under new management and STILL crummy!! I took my car here for a warranty repair on 12/27/10. They kept my car until 1/3/11, they did put me in a rental car. I have a black 2008 GT Mustang in prestine condition. They assured me that the car would be safely locked in a stall at night and wouldn't left in the lot! When I left the car with them, it had a half a tank of gas. When I got it back it was on empty! And there were long scratches in the bumper (looks like someone keyed the car, although they said it was probably from the mechanic's knee running all along the bumper as he was hovered over the hood). There is other damage to the bumper as well. The GM there is a jerk! He never even apologized for them damaging the car. They are refusing to let a legitimate body shop repair the bumper. Instead they are insisting I use their "patch and repair" bumper shop that comes to the lot and fixes it right there. I will probably have to just sue them! more

Chino Hills Ford Service Department 8/17/2005

Since I have moved here (just a few months ago) I have taken my vehicle in here twice for routine maintenance- things like brakes, tires, and oil changes. Each time, I was very pleased with the work they did. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be, the estimates were very accurate, and the work was done right the first time. The staff is among the friendliest I've met- from the service manager to the shuttle driver, they were all great. The prices are definitely higher than going to a quick-lube place, but it's worth it to me to know that a Ford certified mechanic is working on my car. Great job! more
