Old-fashioned Hardware store 7/29/2005

Cherrydale hardware is a local store with the type of staff you don't see much anymore- a few guy who actually know how to do most everything, hanging around the counter until someone needs help. The selection has nothing on the huge stores- home depot and lowes, but it is still a wide range of supplies. The christmas store in the back during the christmas season is actually pretty good. more

  • Cherrydale Hardware is a locally owned and operated independent hardware store serving the homeowners and builders of North Arlington for more than 70 years. Located in a historic brick building on Lee Highway in Arlington, its terrazzo floors and pressed tin ceiling as well as clerks who count your change back to you are a little snap shot of Arlingtons past. We try to make service and convenience the name of the game. Have a toilet keeps running or a picture hook keeps falling out? We can help.
