Charter Homes At Florin Hill

I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share with others my experience at Florin Hill. I lived there for about 1 1/2 years and just recently moved. The previous post is accurate regarding how residents were promised a pool/gym that took a lot longer for them to follow through on. We had the cheapest apartment option..and after a year our rent went up from 975 to 999 a month. We chose to do month to month and the price was jacked up to 1,070. When we gave them a 2 months more

We decided to come to Florin, knowing that construction is still underway. We were promised a pool or gym by summer. nothing has evn started yet! Instead they decide to put dye in the pond to turn it blue, are planning to put a sone bridge over the pond. Who needs that? what good is that to us current residents? They put locks on the windows, only on the upper floors, not on the ground floors where people can just walk right in. No peep holes for our protection. Stop with the cosmetic work and start practicing what you preach!. i WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE UNTIL IT IS DONE. then you know you get what they tell you youll get. Stop building more buildings, and put peep holes in, putting the safety clips on the windows, as you claim the borough told you to do, and put a pool or gym in!!!!! Pros: Quiet, highway access, quaint town Cons: lies to get you to sign! more
