We met with Kim Rivas of Cencal Mortgage and she was great. The business is about an hour and ten minutes drive from us, so she offered to meet us half-way at a Starbucks. Unfortunately, we didn't have a sitter and had to bring the kids, so Starbucks wasn't going to work. She arranged to meet in a conference room at a title company so that we could bring our kids. She really went out of her way to accomodate us. She also was very thorough in explaining all of our options and how things are calculated, etc. I didn't know anything about mortgages going into this, but she made everything very easy to understand.
